Domino's Pizza - Lexington

If I could five negative reviews I would. Was sitting in my car and two employees came out to smoke. ... I went inside and seen a lady topping the pizzas no gloves. yes it goes in the oven but come on let's be serious still disgusting ...Got my pizza the two smokers came in and didn't even wash their hands. Highly don't recommend this place.

I can’t lie, the food is pretty solid but the crew here is plain nasty. They all act like this is their first job, I’ve never once seen a manager they desperately need one . food usually takes much longer than quoted waited time. Crew is beyond unprofessional. On several occasions I’ve witnessed them grilling steaks on a grill in front of the store, smoking cigarettes inside of the store, it’s just an entire mess

I know service is down all over but communication can help set expectations. I ordered some pasta dessert and a salad at 6:45 online to be delivered. The email response said 35 45 minutes for delivery. 30 minutes after the call a call told me they were out of garden salad and offered a Caesar salad. Fine, but it took another 40 minutes to deliver it. By that time everything was stone cold. I can heat it up but bothered by the incorrect expectations. Don't expect it in the time frame promised and expect that you will need to reheat. Easier with pasta than a pizza.

I ordered three times, and my food was never delivered. The first time, I was put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. The second time, the young man took my call but just left without addressing my concerns. The third time, they told me to "run away." It’s all quite funny, really—just a waste of money! I even took a picture of my empty doorstep.

The person at the register seemed unprofessional, eating while working and playing with their hair. They were distracted while checking on pizzas. The service was unfriendly, and there was a lack of teamwork. Although the job was completed, it wasn't done with care. This is not the level of service one would expect!
