The only thing I have to say is at least the food is awesome?. I'm going to have to say the service is extremely slow; being seated, taking orders, delivery of food ALL of it was slow. My wife and I have been there 3 times for the Tomahawk steak fortwo, and we like it a lot. So much so that we've even had 8 or our family and friends join us one of the times. And eventhough I know it takes like a half hour for it to cook, most recently we got ours after nearly an hour. (Not) Funny thing too,my order was for med rare (more on the rare), and my brother's was medium? but theirs came more like rare, and mine almostmedium well. For an $84 or $86 steak, you'd hope that they get it right? but after the long wait we were just too tired andhungry to argue, so we just left it alone. On Veteran's day, we chose to come here over the many other places that appreciatedveterans with a free or nearly free meal because we had a better prior experience? but as it would turn out, this was a hugemistake. Because although we did get 20% off two of the 4 meals, since there was a service fee for the larger party of20 something percent, it really only put a dent in the added up charge. My advice to anyone is, it's OK to try *once*? and thennever come back. And only on a day you're willing to give take it super slow and don't mind being taken through the ringer forlousy service. Honestly, though, I felt the poor service was attributed to the wait staff's personal prejudices as I didnotice they gave certain people better attention than others.
Always delicious never disappointed!! The staff is always friendly. I had the beef tips and brussel sprouts. The beef tips were tender and flavorful. I absolutely love their brussel sprouts. We have the Palmetto cheese dip for the appetizer. One of thebest Palmetto cheese dips I have ever tasted. The salted caramel cheesecake was delicious also. My daughter had the strip steakand bacon Mac. Everything was delicious!
This place was one big disappointment for multiple reasons. First the atmosphere didn?t match my expectations. I expected something classier instead of a place that seems to suffer from an identity crisis with big sports bar vibes, country music ????and tv?s everywhere. We ordered calamari. The portion was small and it was not good. It was greasy crumbly and the tentacleswere fried away to nothing. We also ordered the brisket bites described as ? caramelized meat candy?. We we got was FIVE bitesized pieces of dry chewy meat not even remotely caramelized for the ridiculous price of $14. We did not enjoy the tomato saucesmear either no one at the table did. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye $32) blue/very rare with the bacon Mac cheese. I sent thesteak back as it was way overcooked as visible by the picture. By the time the replacement came out everyone was finishedeating. The replacement was still overcooked. I felt the steak was under seasoned as well. The Mac cheese was truly awful. Abowl of mushy far overcooked pasta that had zero texture. No need to even chew the 2 bites I had. For the price I would haveexpected another side or perhaps at least bread. There was also a dog in the restaurant which wasn?t a service dog I?m certainand while the dogs presence didn?t bother me I?m doubtful it?s entry was questioned by the staff. Under law they are able to askwhat job the dog performs. This was my Mothers Day meal and instead of something memorable it was a solid disinclination.
Great prices, delicious steaks, appetizers, a good craft beer selection, and good wine. Very wheelchair accessible and always friendly service. We've been going there since they opened and have almost always had perfect meals each time. Only one time, the steak wasn't cooked to medium and we had to get it cooked a bit more.
