Insomnia Cookies - Lexington

The restaurant used to be great, but it has become disorganized. I am not from Kentucky, but when I first visited, the service was excellent and the cookies were always delicious. However, recently the staff has been unfocused and the quality of the cookies has declined.

The restaurant was Blue Bell. That's a positive. However, this location is in a less desirable area and the staff do not have knowledge of ice cream toppings to add to orders. I'm unsure how to properly clean the sliding glass door on the ice cream cooler after they spilled some items. Also, the freezer doors were dirty. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

I ordered cookies from this restaurant at 9:48 PM, but I had to wait over two hours for them to be delivered. They close at midnight, so I requested a refund since the delivery took so long. However, they refused to give me one. If I had known it would take so long, I would have just picked up the cookies myself. Additionally, there is no way to contact the restaurant directly, as they only have a call center for customer inquiries.

Tried this place and crumbl cookies on the same day this is the better cookie. I tested the peanut butter cookie. the s’morescookie could use more graham cracker, but it was good. the triple chocolate was really good. the salted caramel had no salt taste, but carmel was good.

Treasure of downtown. Incredible, amazing cookies that you WILL be back for. Vegan options, and super fatty mode options too.
