Kfc - Lexington

Place my order she input it wrong said they corrected it drove all the way home still wrong and the manager who won't give her name despite being asked twice hangs up on you when you to get resolution nice restaurant not! I know they're stressed andoverwork but this is not how you conduct business.

This place is the worst.. Nasty manager. After giving us the wrong order, My husband was told if he didn't like the food there's the door. I tried to speak to the manager and was told he was the manager... Who speaks to people this way especiallyafter they gave us the wrong order ... I'm definitely calling Corporate!!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS A CHANGE

The lady told me that they were not crispy two hours before the closing. I work in a restaurant and that means that all her food after 7 is under a heat lamp and old.

Always a great experience. the manager almeeca and her teamrock. they are always beautiful and show that they take care of their customers. I love this kfc in tates creek shopping center better then and in lexington. I drive all the way through the city to eat here and it's worth it. Eating is always hot, fresh and they always have what they order.

That's the worst kfc everywhere. they are always out of everything. the two chickens we got tonight were not recognizable. they were not much bigger than a golf ball. that's happening. tomorrow morning contact to the company office. incredible. I started eating chickens. it was the smallest wing I've ever seen. but the bad part is, the flesh inside was solid black, and bones were crushed. called store, spoke to one of the most rude manager I've ever talked to. - she called the office. no call back. they have to turn to complain. the restaurant. Talk to the most rude managers I've ever spoken to. the main office. left message. no recall. must be used for complaining. this place must close.
