Kfc - Lexington

The lack of leadership in the window, really makes for uncomfortable feeling when your listening to the manager yell at everyone. She was worried more about time people sit in the window rather then the quality of service and food. Moving peopleforward and not caring how long we sit out here bothered me. The food is okay but not as great as it use to be. This storeeither needs new management or attention from higher ups..

I ate here with my dad and the food was great, for a KFC. It was a nostalgia moment for sure, considering you don't see alot of KFC anymore. Thanks for the experience!

For a year the food was horrible. Never had chicken when you ordered. When you got your food it was terrible. But for the last month the food has been great.If yall have a new manager I hope yall keep them. Finally good food and service!

The food tasted immaculate due to the willingness of the workers to produce new food at unbelievable rates, the service was unbelievable, as the longest I sat still in a 5 car drive thru was 2 minutes, and the atmosphere created by the art isgreat. While rating a fast food restaurant so highly may seem inane and artificial, I promise you that KFC makes the best friedchicken ever made.

The chicken was hard and dry like it had been left out for awhile. I thought I would choke on it. The tea was the only thing that was good. The biscuit was hard and dry too and the fries were cold and soggy and chewy. I might try it again on the offchance that they were just having a bad day but one more try is it.
