Mcdonald's - Lexington

This experience reminded me of why I dislike McDonald's so much. The customer service is terrible; it feels like they are just there to collect a paycheck. The food is passable at best, but it does the trick in a pinch. However, it’s not worth the stress of dealing with rude, entitled staff who can't even maintain the ice cream machine and are likely to mess up your order anyway.

I visited the drive-thru today to order a small vanilla milkshake. When I arrived at the window, the lady asked if I could give her a minute, to which I replied that I could. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or update from her. Frustrated, I decided to leave, only to see her standing at the register at the first window, looking at me as I drove away. I understand that things can get busy and juggling multiple tasks is challenging since I also work in customer service. However, completely neglecting your duties because you don't feel like working is unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's at all costs.

This week, on two different mornings, I tried to place my order in the outside lane. While I waited in my car, vehicles in the inside lane were continuously being served, despite my repeated attempts to get the attention of the speaker by yelling, "Hello, hello?" I could tell the outside speaker was working because the cars in front of me were able to order, so it had to be an issue with the staff. They really need to improve their training. The last time I went inside to voice my complaint and place my breakfast order. When I got home, I discovered that an item was missing, which forced me to drive back yet again. Next time, I think I’ll just go to Chick-fil-A. They definitely know what they're doing and are much faster than McDonald's.

This McDonald's continues to disappoint man, they shut down a minimum of an hour early and just chill on their phones which cool honestly I wish I could have done that when I worked there but they're so disrespectful to customers and all that trash behaviorisn't even needed. The hour early is one thing but the rudeness is messed up.

Drive thru only????.. The manager uniform had food stains everywhere ???????? she took my order money plus served my order. She was as rude as a tired cow???? ????. I was nice???? tho) Luckily for her the food was not for me. No napkins,straws and certainly not a thank you. I'm never surprised with Mickey D's. Ever??
