Franchise owners must hurry and have presence in the load. always missing items and never put sauce in the pocket. a so simple task. no sense for accountability or apologetics. this situation is absolutely pitiful.
I've been there a few times. both paintings, I was quickly greeted, my order was right, I got it fast, and everyone was polite! that is a good McD’s!
My man wanted to go to mcdonald’s for this birthday and eat so he could get hot pommes (I know that sounds crazy, but he doesn’t get it very often.) we wanted to call to make sure that the dining room is open. no answer (it was 9:00 a.m.) we have dared since google had opened the dining room until 11:00 a.m. When we were there, the door was closed. a nice girl came to the door and said they were closed inside. my man told her ghe situation and she said we should wait. a manager then went to the door with a attitude that said they were closed, but the drive was open, and told us to call first? not that it is important to them, 1 less cusfomer! what happened to Cutomer service. the polite side goes far!
Another mc Donald’s that cannot update its opening times. a star to waste my time. how hard is it to actually post their hours? incompetence in its finest. but what did I really expect from a mc donalds?
I just went through the drive through ordered 2 Big Macs, 2large fries, chicken snuggest and two hot fudge sundaes. Call me crazy but I thought hot fudge sundaes were supposed to include hot fudge.well the two I received had zero hot fudge . Everything else was correct though.
