Papa Johns Pizza - Lexington

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. They serve delicious pizza, but I have noticed that the prices have increased, especially for veterans who usually receive a discount. Despite a few mistakes, the staff always make sure to rectify them promptly.

Tonight I tried the Cool Ranch Papadia(Philly Cheese Steak). They have different toppings such as Chicken, Steak, Beef, or build your own. I tell you, the Papadia was bursting with the Cool Ranch flavor. Not overpowering but you could taste the flavor and love it. It came with some kind of dipping sauce that had a ranch flavor too. It was good too. It went hand and hand with the Papadia. Great job with this one, Papa Johns.I would recommend this. I have to get another one soon. I'm craving it already.The service was good and very speedy. The store was clean and nice.

Horrible service from this papa johns. Placed an order for delivery, with the est time of 30 minutes. After an hour called for an update on the order and was told that the y couldnt find our town home, so instead of calling for more information or directions, the order was cancelled with no communication. When we asked for the order to be replaced he huffed so we decided to order from somewhere else.

Dustin the manager was not friendly, I had been trying to use the app to order for 45 mins so I came in the store for assistance or to see if I could get some help or maybe just order in store he said he could not help or take my order and looked at me like a fool and walked away , leaving me to do it all on my own : . If you Hate your job get a new one . Very sad customer service. Also he never washed his hands from touching one area to another and food register and back . It really stinks I have to leave this cruddy review since I use this place alot and am a regular customer, I would be happy to hopefully be able to give a better review next time if possible . They changed their number and never changed it on the internet. So if something goes wrong good luck. They delivered slop to me,cold and late. Never made it right.
