Perfect Blend - Lexington

We ordered 5 lattes at 3:50 PM, and what we received were essentially cups of milk and sugar. It wasn't until we got to the car that we realized there was hardly any espresso in them. My guess is they pulled only 4 shots of espresso and divided it among 5 lattes, likely trying to save time, because they were all overwhelmingly creamy (which is not the norm for this place). When I got home, my mom and grandmother were quite disappointed. Thankfully, I have an espresso machine at home, so I was able to make a couple of shots for each of us and salvage our lattes. It's frustrating to have paid full price for what ended up being 5 cups of milk and sugar, only to have to make the coffee myself afterward. You’d expect the opposite at a coffee shop. While I sympathize with the employees wanting to close and go home quickly, it raises the question of the cost of that decision. My family and I have been regulars for a few months, but if this happens again, we may need to find a new coffee spot. Overall, I usually would give Perfect Blend 5 stars, but today was a very unsatisfactory 1-star experience. Because of that, I’ll average it out to 3 stars and hope that the baristas can learn from this situation and prioritize the customer experience. Consistency is vital for retaining customers, so let's hope this was just a one-off incident!

This was my first time visiting and the whole experience was so relaxing. Playing Christian music and the Employess were so kind. It’s very clean! Will be back! Thank you!!!

This was our first visit, and I was very impressed; the food was incredible and reasonably priced.

My family and I relocated to Lexington in March 2023, and we couldn't be happier to have discovered this place. They not only serve the best coffee in town, but their staff is consistently warm and welcoming!

It was sad to hear I could not enjoy wifi at no cost. I had to be a paying customer . I will not stop by here again. Others may be okay with that, but it was all about the money .
