Salad contents was lettuce and stale croutons with thinly shredded cheese. I couldn’t eat the shrimp( I believe was bad) and crab legs were over cooked or old. Overall for a $60 meal it was horrible. Service was great and restaurant was slow.
I like Red Lobster. This location has been in place many years.
This restaurant should not be listed on OpenTable. We arrived at 7:15 and were informed at 8:45 that there were still 11 parties ahead of us.
Red Lobster's policy towards Open Table reservations is disappointing. Instead of being seated right away, diners are put on a call ahead seating list and still might have to wait for over an hour. As a frequent Open Table user, I find this completely unacceptable. I had to escalate the issue to the manager after waiting for 20 minutes, despite making a reservation 30 minutes in advance and showing proof that it was booked 2 days earlier. If you value prompt table seating, I recommend dining elsewhere.
