We dined with Salt Vinegar inside the Blue Stallion brewery. I was definitely not expecting food this good from inside a brewery, that's the truth. The prices are a little higher than I'm used to but it turned out to be totally worth it! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and brisket nachos to share. The brisket nachos were delicious also. Nachos are kind of difficult sometimes because all the toppings were concentrated on top of the chips. We had a bunch of chips on the bottom that were completely dry. Toppings in layers or nachos on a larger surface area may have been better. But still delicious!Highly recommend.
Delicious! The tomato bisque and grilled cheese are divine!Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and a spatzle dish are spot on
The food was pretty good but overpriced. We got the brisket nachos, $18.50. The ingredients are all perfect, but our chips were definitely stale. And stale nacho chips are enough to ruin the whole dish.
Happened to swing by here while on a road trip and WOW, talk about a good decision. Food was excellent, beer selection was eclectic and the 3 I tried were great. The tomato soup and grilled cheese was wild.Highly, highly recommend.
We got the pretzel and beer cheese and a shrimp dish! The appetizer was great and filling. The shrimp dish was spicy and flavorful. The sauce they drizzled on top was top notch. We definitely enjoyed the food and beers. It was a great place to walk to because after all the food a walk was needed!
