Shakespeare and Co. - Lexington

The food was just ok. The service was terrible enough for me to leave a bad review. There are too many other great places in Lexington for anyone to waste their time here

Service was extremely slow and our food took a long time to come out but the breakfast was so yum

I went to Shakespeare and Company this weekend for Valentine’s Day but I already went back for lunch today! The staff is amazing, the restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious! My server was Braden and the manager remembered me from this weekend which was nice. I will definitely be a longtime customer

We were rushed, seated in the bar, and the food was not good. My portion was very small, while my mother had a huge portion. I was so disappointed. It was terrible

So, so disappointed. In town from Huntington WV for a performance at the Lexington Opera House. Made reservations online to dine at Shakespeare and Company. We were greeted in a timely manner. We walked through a lovely area where others were dining and were taken to an adjacent room with high top bars and chairs. This room was sparsely decorated with no ambiance. I requested we return to the first room, which had several tables empty. They obliged. We were seated and given an abbreviated menu with appetizers and entree’s. None of the choices were appealing to us. Our server apologized and said their normal menu would return Sunday. We left
