Sonic Drive-in - Lexington

I pulled in probably 11:24pm, before they closed at 12. It took 3-4 min for someone to see i was there. I ordered a route 44 ocean water, s Mozzarella sticks, and a L chili cheese tot. I got a large ocean water. To top all of that off the tots are covered in grease from the chili. I understand you were getting ready to close but to actually let that leave your store is beyond me. Also they were playing around in the kitchen and you could hear it all over the intercom. Crazy.

HOT FOOD, FRESH and the lady at the window that has been with SONIC since 1998!! She was over the top. She needs to be used to train others!!! REALLY?? How awesome is that. She was amazing, personable, and professional!!

Medium milkshakes (S-C-V only flavors) on special $1.99 each... delicious cooling in this heat wave! ??

Worst service I waited 30min. for 3 drinks. While cars who came after me with big orders were served first waiting maybe 10min. tops. I’m pretty sure they forgot about my order because they only brought it out when I said something about not receiving it. I then requested a refund and they didn’t even come back to confirm they had processed it instead I sat for another 10min. until I checked my account to make sure it had been processed! This was the worst experience I’ve had at Sonic! They didn’t even apologize for all the inconvenience they caused because again I’m pretty sure they forgot about my order until I brought it to there attention!

Place always sucks at night, never gets your food right, but tonight was my last straw, i got two milkshakes and one sprite i was charge for two sprites which is an common error i get it i gave it to my friend to drink so i'll let that one go, but the girl working the drive through asks me if i want a cup holder i say yes she gives me the cup holder but doesn't bother to get me not a single straw, then i get home and i put my food in the microwave to eat later when im hungry i heat one of my burgers up and i got a long strain of hair come out or my burger that looked blonde or white, im am absolutely disgusted i will never spend my money on food there again and i advise anybody reading this doesn't either.
