Starbucks - Lexington

One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Claire was very nice and patient when I was trying to make a complicated order. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in Lexington.

Other then over priced coffee, service was fast. Usually get my coffee right, but on occasion like today it’s a little bitter. It always depends on who makes it. Some are better at it then other.

Used to love coming here but recently have been very disappointed. How hard is it to use the correct milk in your drink? Or they leave the vanilla out of a vanilla latte. When they give me the price when I?m ordering I can catch that but if they don?t, well then who knows if it will be in there. How about fixing the screen at the ordering speaker. That would help. It?s been nonfunctional for months! Product too pricey to pay for this service!

My husband got 2 grande white chocolate mochas this morning. When he brought it to me I realized it tasted very off so I open the lid to see nothing but white milky foam. It appears they forgot the espresso and just added white chocolate sauce to steamed milk.

Super friendly and fast service. Too bad Starbucks still did not bring the salted caramel mocca back for fall, but that is not the store's fault.
