Taco Bell - Lexington

This Taco Bell deserves 3 stars, but the staff member working the late shift at 11 p.m. on October 4th deserves 10 stars for their exceptional service.

Tonight, I encountered a real character who seemed to be running the show. First off, the line was ridiculously long, and now I understand why. This guy spoke like he was on something, and after we placed our order, we went to pay at the window. The staff member was dancing with his pants sagging, and he wasn’t even wearing a mask. It was so off-putting that I ended up throwing the food away. Taco Bell really needs to step up their management. It's 2022, but the service is still poor and nothing seems to change. They don’t even seem to respond to these reviews. The place has always been a disappointment.

This was the best Taco Bell experience I've had in Lexington in three years! I didn’t have to wait 40 minutes for my mobile order like I did the last time I visited this location, and I didn’t even go inside this time. Everything was exactly as I ordered it—no messed up burritos or expired tortillas. The ingredients were well-distributed in the burritos, and the food wasn’t burnt. All my requests were followed perfectly! The staff working at this time (12:30) should train or oversee the other shifts and locations in Lexington. That’s how you earn repeat customers!

I drive for Doordash and Uber Eats, and I'm telling you, do NOT order from this Taco Bell during late night hours. I've gotten so many botched orders that it's gotten to the point where I will decline them all because I'm tired of customers calling me with complaints. I don't know what's going on at this location but they cannot seem to get an order right, even when there's no one else in line behind me. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
