TGI FRIDAYS - Lexington/Man O' War

Mediocre host and server. Food was okay but nothing great. Fries that came with my burger were meager. Poor performance overall.

Fast service which was great because we were already tired. Very friendly and accommodating.

We had lunch at Mama's and our server was very attentive to our group of six. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and it was delicious. The steamed vegetables were cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back in the future.

We went to Friday to grab a quick meal before my son's sporting events. We were happy to have made a reservation through OpenTable. However, we were surprised when it took an hour and a half to receive three burgers and a side of wings. It took 55 minutes for our order to arrive after placing it. We were disappointed that we couldn't find a manager or even receive an apology. Very disappointing experience.

I had trouble with the OpenTable app, it didn't work for me at all. Using the app was a complete waste of time.
