Starbucks - Leyden Township

The lady who took my order, didn't made my drink correctly at all. I wanted caramel brulee in it, which is why i specifically asked her if you guys have it and she said we do however she never put the caramel brulee and my coffee tasted terrible. I hope this doesn't happen next time.

Got charged an extra dollar plus tax just because I said no ice on my drink, is that even legal plus patients on chemo can't have ice on their drinks

Got my order wrong waited so long to recieve my order just because they didn’t right my name but someone else’s name.

Only 1 employee on duty on Saturday!! A lot of lack of respect for customers and the employee who goes out of her way to serve everyone!! Terrible!!

I want to love this location because the people who work there have such great energy and enthusiasm, they are great kids…however…they need training or practice on how to make the drinks WELL or at least uniform to the other Starbucks locations bc right now they don’t even make a decent black coffee.
