We were only one day hiking in Leysin, suddenly saw this restaurant with a very interesting menu. We ate very well, service was very quick and personable. The daily special was very well made and not expensive. Next time in Leysin we will definitely come by! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Have been coming to Le Leysin for more than 40 years. Love the place! The new owners are carrying on the tradition that has been part of Leysin forever. The food was very good, as well as the drinks. The service very good. The building is a beautiful old, authentic chalet with a cozy fire in the Winter. They specialize in Swiss favorites and are known for there excellent meats. Highly recommend!

I came with my family (group of 7) on January 2023 for lunch around 12:30. We didn’t find space at the next door restaurant so we ended up coming to Le Leysin and it was a very pleasant surprise! For entries, we ordered a Ceviche Peruvien, salade Mixte du chef and Tartare de Bœuf Classique. We liked all of them. And for main dishes we ordered Filet de bœuf saute façon peruvienne (lomo salteado), risotto aux champignons, risotto lomo saltado, hamburger suisse, entrecôte de bœuf 300gr. We recommend all of them but the risotto lomo saltado was definitely our favorite! Luva was our waitress, she shared Leysin history details and which places to visit, also food/drinks. We wanted to get chocolate fondue but the hot kitchen was closed already so I recommend to let them know in advance in case you’d like to get that dessert. It would be great if they would let us know in advance prior to closing. Overall experience was great, excellent food and service!

Excellent Service, delicious food and cozy ambiance. The Ceviche as a Starter was exquisite, and Entrecôte on the hot Stone was phenomenal. Definitely recommend to go there.
