Restaurace Srdcovka Monika - Libedice

Many of us (understand Chomutov residents) were looking forward to the reopening of the legendary establishment, KHS, several times closed by the regional hygiene station for fools. Even I had my doubts about whether this would be the right path for the new owner. I know how difficult it is to restore the tarnished reputation of a restaurant facility. The day arrived, the grand opening was fantastic. The operators and staff worked incredibly hard. They handled it perfectly, although minor shortcomings are fine and no one can criticize the first day of sharp operation. For me and our group of curious people, it was a 5 star experience!! After a few days, a lot of criticisms appeared (understand unflattering comments from dissatisfied visitors expensive beer, expensive food, too clean, too bright, noisy place, no dumplings, etc... from which one would be... yes, correct. And so, as a patriot of good gastronomy and new trends in bar culture, I can only recommend this restaurant and bar. Perfect environment with a nice bar and stainless steel beer tanks. A modern concept that takes into account demanding guests and guys who want to enjoy beer and good food after work. Girls will appreciate the cleanliness and willing trained staff, who can advise on wine and spirits selection. My view on price level is slightly critical of some products from the distillation apparatus :( but that is a matter of time before it is selected in the right direction. Personally, I do not care about the price level of beer and wine. Everything costs something, and if I want to have a good time with good people around me, I am happy to pay a little extra and spend money. If I want to have a disgusting beer, stare at smelly and dirty tablecloths, smell the odor of filth, I will go a bit further for a cheap beer. I am glad to say that Chomutov finally has a pub that is for everyone who appreciates quality service and products on offer. Thank you very much and I wish many equally satisfied customers as I am. PS: I really don't know the owner and I don't live in Chomutov.
