The Giant Barrel Restaurant - Liberec

Very good Czech restaurant with beautiful view of the mountains. friendly things.

Great place to ride or wander amaizing view, traditional Czech meal oryginal look of the giant barrel: I recommend, I liked it a lot and will come back for sure next year!

Service was rather friendly. But regarding food only chicken was good, fries were cold and salad served without any sauce or even an olive... Long waiting and problems with payment in a different currency than CZK no debit card support! made it even worse experience. To bad for a such nice located restaurant near to the Singletrek trails...

Overpriced (for Czech standards), super small portions and they don't accept card payments and at the same time charging high exchange rate for payments in Polish zloty (this place is super close to the border and when we were here, it was packed with Polish tourists so it'd be nice if the owners appreciate the business instead of ripping us off). The beer was good and cold though, therefore two stars instead of one.

We were a group of ten. Some meals was ok, some suck. They left a plastic on dumplings, served big beer instead a small we ordered and then charged us for it and argued with us. The servitres sucked big time.. It is more a turist place than restaurant.
