Been around the phil, this place has the best garden salad by far. fresh and simple delish! other foods were also amazing. the place is cozy and comfortable.

I would have given a 4 for a very good priscilla veggie salad if I had not seen a rat in the dining room.

Very affordable..comfy and they also have great and delicious recipes
