Stop for lunch and was waited by the owner. A refreshing ideal that the owner actually specifies. The food was super hot and fresh. We tried the new Steak sandwich and it was great. The service was great and we will return

One thing I don't like about online reviews is that everyone can be intrusive. Kara's review is an example of how some people will use this forum to serve their own purposes. While I think most people are honest when they do these reviews, some just want to use it to facilitate damage to others.

Customer service is terrible! My husband and I have made an order for execution and they have forgotten several articles. We called and they offered us a free meal. When we got the meal a week later, they didn't want to give it to us. When we told them the name of the employee who promised us the free meal, the owner logs and said that the person did not work there. I called later in the night and the unexisting employee answered the phone. I spoke to the owner and told her that unless her customer service improved, we would not be back and she told us that she didn't care

I ate there last week and ordered the Meatloaf sandwich. I asked if I could replace Tirtilla soup for the hair. He said that would be good, but it would be an extra fee. The soup was very bad. It had rubbery cooked chicken stables and no taste broth and was served with Doritos. Campbells is better than that. The sandwich was served on request without side. The sandwich was a tricky lump of sweet Cheesy Goo. It was terrible. To finish this, my bill was for $12.48 with out tip. Are you kidding? It wasn't worth $5.00. Needless to say, I will never eat there again and say so many people that I can stay away from this place. The restaurant smells like beech and service was bad. I see you're open for a long time.

I fill out a review every great once in a while. I don't like doing them, but I really needed to do this one. I've been in JD Stackerz, many times. The owners are for real. They are always out talking with the customers and helping their staff. Their food is incredible. A food critic did an incredible review on their food and it was in all the papers. Hands down, the best place to go in the area. The last guy to review them had such a negative review. There is no way this guy really ate in there. He clearly has some other motive...
