She acted like she absolutely hated her life, and I get that people have bad days but your actions speak so loudly and honestly I just wanted to give you a hug and currently praying for you.
While I dislike the setup of the drive thru and parking lot, they always get my order right and as quick as possible. Christina is consistently my favorite one here. No matter what she is always cheery, her customer service is outstanding, and she’s a great team player. After over a decade in the food bev industry, she is the kind of employee I love to be taking care of me!
Always great coffee and staff. The location is great, however the amount of parking and getting in and out of this location is a major pain. Most of the time, the line is wrapped all way to Cin-Day and I've had to park in the lot nearby to walk over to get my pickup order as its impossible to get a parking space to run in.
Wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes or place an online order and wait 30 minutes after your pickup time. Pick your poison
Literally the worst starbucks experience we have ever had. We ordered 2 drinks, and a scone and a cranberry bliss bar. We used our personal cups as always, one a cold drink cup, the other a hot drink cup. 3 times they screwed up my wife's drink, (the first 2 times it was completely the wrong drink) and we finally told them to just forget it, we would simply take the drink they had screwed up. I had to remind them about the scone, because they completely forgot it. The entire visit? 42 minutes.
