Mudhole Bbq - Liberty

This place has been open for a few years, but I'm not here until today. You've been overwhelmed because I was almost right here. They promote local and national BBQs I am proud of. It is important that KC stay together. They only have a few locations that I also prefer to support small businesses. I got beans and pork and it was all great! The parking lot is a bit ****, but I had no problems today.

My wife and I ordered the same of the (Brisket Press) a grilled cheese with cut brisket on it and a spicy mangoon that came only with 3 pieces. I thought the food was good, but the woman loved it. Drinks cost extra. Two dishes, an appetizer and a drink for $43.00. Good food on the expensive side. On the same side smoked and properly prepared meat needs time and time is money. The building and the bathroom were clean, but on the small side. The decorations on the walls were quite neat.

Recommended by a friend, as she knew I was barbeque lovers. The BBQ I ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned. BBQ was thick and delicate at a very reasonable price. One must try for everyone.

Big grill! We stayed here at a family visit on recommendation. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly (the owner even took time to chat with us for a bit), the portions were good. The potato salad should die! Given the opportunity, we would stop here again. At the time of our visit, the work was completed at a second site in Gladstone.
