Sheridan's Frozen Custard - Liberty

Your outlet at The Boardwalk off of Barry Rd needs a new manager and much improvement. I have stopped there 3 times a week for the past month and the service gets worse with each visit. The speaker in the drive-thru needs to be replaced. Today I ordered a shake and a malt with extra malt, after a ten minute wait I received my order no malt just a plain shake. They also haven't had any chocolate custard for at least a month.

Great products but bought a gift card in Feb. and they have no way to read it! I'm out $20…

Super friendly customer service and yummy Ice cream

I try to always get something different because there are so many options and so far, all of them have been great! Good ice cream and it isn't that expensive!

Owner was very helpful, we had questions about ingredients! The custard was awesome!
