Bauer's Catering - Libertyville

Bauer's Catering truly went above and beyond for our wedding at Cuneo Mansion. They worked with us very closely to make sure the food package was exactly what we wanted and acknowledged that we had some dietary restrictions for some guests which was not a problem for them. Throughout the entire process Bauer's made us feel like we were family.On the wedding night, the appetizers and dinners were phenomenal. Normally when you go to a wedding, you don't really remember the food. We STILL have guests talking about how great the food was. Bauer's even helped us get fresh donuts for a donut wall we had on display. Thank you again for an excellent experience and professional service!

Bauer's was incredible to work with. Family owned, and we were well taken care of during the entire process. Not only was the food AMAZING, but they also provided us with many things for the reception set up (card holder, beautiful cake stand). They were extremely professional and clearly know what they are doing from all their years of service. Mary was available for every phone call, text, email to discuss details and answer questions. She even contacted a vendor for us when we could not reach them. Eddie prepared the food perfectly and everything from appetizers to entrees was delicious and had our guests all talking about the food. The staff was SO NICE and was happy to help with my every need. They all served with a friendly smile.

I have known the Bauer family since 1991 when Eddie opened Bauer's on the Bay, which was one of the best restaurants/ bar around!!! Food was always delicious, service amazing n the family made u feel like you were part of their family!!! Over the years have attended many events handled by Eddie Jr. from lake county Fair up to 5 star elite weddings n everything in between!!! Each and every time was in absolute awe , they do such an amazing job I wouldn't trust anyone but the Bauers to handle my events!!!
