Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely appalled do not order diabolical Service was told 30 minutes for delivery order waited 45 rang and rude woman on phone said it was on its way after being put on hold for a long time waited 90 Minutes rang again to be told by same woman they had no record on system , chef spoke to us and order hadn’t been Processed as a delivery order but collection disgusting service was told did we want to collect a pizza order after it had been sat on their counter for an hour !!!! Good hygiene alert !!!! Three telephone calls and still can’t get order right was told it was a miscommunication and rude woman on phone cut me off when I asked for customer services at head office and she told is Is it was a ‘’miscommunication’. ‘ avoid avoid avoid go to a better pizza company papa Johns lichfield who respects and honours good customer service. Was told it could be Re delivered but was 7 people now In front of us !! Appalling customer service I have complained direct To head office let’s Hope they respect their customers more than the staff at lichfield store do
The restaurant is absolutely fantastic, although it may be a bit pricey. However, treating yourself to a meal there every now and then is worth it. I highly recommend it.
None of the 10 staff members acknowledged me during my visit to the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was finally greeted with a simple "what's your name?" when I approached them to collect my order. I informed them that my order was ready, but was told that their ovens were too busy.
Extremely slow service. They inform you of the delay only after you've settled the bill. Disorganized and chaotic. Not worth the long wait. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment.
The customer service we received was aggressive and completely useless the attitude towards us was frankly disappointing, misleading and revolting. me and my family are sickened by the way we have been treated today if i had the power i would shut the store down the rate i have given cannot truest describe my emotions arrived at the store now customer service hasn’t improved within the location either
