Contribuisci feedbackWe have been ordering from Joes for the last 8 years or so and only had 1 hiccup with a delivery that was incorrect, it was rectifed in good time, and as you would expect, we got to keep the incorrect food as they could not re-distribute it. Our latest orders have been delivered on time and in good condition, pizza 's tend to slide in boxes as they are transported, all pizza delivery companies are guilty of this, not much can be done. As for reviews on here about the website and app being difficult to use, they are not, I can 't see anyway of making them easier to use to be honest, and the card fraud, never had a problem, maybe that reviewer should get some kind of protection on their computer/phone/tablet, or just pay cash, they do accept cash!! As another previous reviewer said, the prices are good, but really do check out the deals first, the big one is our favorite with the extra pizza for £5.99, you can 't go wrong, a bit of everything and a bottle of pop to boot, and with the voucher codes you can get even more of a bargain!!! Top job. When we did have that 1 issue years ago, the chap we spoke to explained very clearly and politely what our options were, offered us a refund or wait for the food to be cooked again and delivered, he was also straight with us and told us that they were very busy and would have to wait about an hour, which was fine. I feel some of these reviews about the customer service over the phone being somewhat disappointing could have been so much different, I guess that the customers have phoned up complaining, probably swearing and generally being obnoxious and then not hearing what what is being said to them because they have got themselves so worked up and hangry that they lost their self respect and understanding. I say to those people, just cook yourself!! Keep up the good work all at Joes, and we will be ordering soon!
After ordering 2 pizzas tonight in a very difficult to use website which kept switching to Facebook I noticed my pizzas were for collection only. I called the shop immediately to be told by a very nice man that no problem my pizzas were in the oven and could be delivered in half an hour. An hour later my pizzas turned up and unfortunately were Luke warm and rubbery like they had been stood around for ages. We called the store to be told it was our own fault as we had selected collection only so yes they had been stood around and then eventually sent out! What arrogance from a company who we have used many times and had a really good service from. Sorry joes pizza u have lost a loyal customer.
Honestly not worth is orders my food an hour and half ago it’s not came then called and said they sent it to another house know gotta wait another 30 mins honestly such a **** take
Today's experience at this restaurant was terrible. After being a loyal customer for over 8 years, I was shocked by the rude and argumentative behavior of the staff. I will never return and recommend that others go elsewhere. The way I was treated was disgusting and I am not even sure if I will receive a refund. Definitely do not use this establishment. I will not be coming back.
I recently tried a pizza from this restaurant and unfortunately it made me feel ill. The cheese had a plastic-like texture and the ham was unpleasant with a strange aftertaste. I would not recommend this dish.
