Mcdonald's - Lichfield

In the past three visits to this restaurant, whether dining in, ordering through a collection app, or using the drive-thru, there was always an item missing, usually fries or sauces. The food itself wasn't too bad, but it's disappointing when you're looking forward to a complete meal. I can't help but wonder if the employees are taking their free meals before they reach the customers.

My grandchildren were staying with us and wanted McDonald's for lunch. I ordered them two Happy Meals and two hamburgers. One wanted sweet chili sauce and the other wanted sweet curry sauce. Both were ordered. When I went through the drive-thru window and received my order, I first asked if the chili sauce was in the bag and was told yes. I then asked about the curry sauce and was again told yes. To my surprise, when I got home, only the chili sauce was in the bag and my grandson was very upset as he did not get what he wanted. This type of mistake happens frequently and I am starting to lose my patience. I was once advised by the employees to check the bag before leaving, and I usually do, but today I did not despite explicitly asking about the sauces. I understand it's just sauce, but it's frustrating. Please train your staff to get the simplest things on the order correct. Thank you.

Had to go through the ride while the restaurant closes by 10. no information about the boards to let them know what was available. had to wait over 20 minutes, and when it finally came, it was stone cold. will not be venting

I recently visited McDonald's in Firewood and ordered a hot drink and a cold drink. Unfortunately, my coffee was cold. A few weeks ago, I ordered two large meals and they were missing the fries when delivered.

The gentleman on the inside intercom is rude, abrupt and if I had not have been in a large queue of traffic I would have driven off. Please and thank you are free. I shall never ever use this McDonalds again. The two members of...staff manning the payment and food service were very polite. However, I am not putting myself through this appalling experience ever again. Head Office should come down incognito and experience the disgraceful rudeness. They should take this branch of McDonalds by the scruff of the neck and shake it up before local people boycott this branch on mass.
