Contribuisci feedbackSo disappointed. I've raved about this chip shop since it opened. I don't know what's happened in the last 6 month, fish is dry, overcooked. Chips were under cooked and hard. I went back today after a bad meal before as everyone can get a bad fish, but this was not the case. Will go elsewhere in future
You have lost us as a loyal customer after last night's stunt! We placed an order at 8:30pm to be told at 10pm it was cancelled! The reason given that you couldn't find us is a big fat Lie considering we order from you sometimes twice a week.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Queen's restaurant. I used to love this place and would always recommend it to others, but in the last two visits (including tonight), the mini fish we ordered were extremely dry and lacked flavor. It felt like they had been fried for too long and left sitting under a lamp for too long. This was at 8pm on a Saturday evening, so I expected the fish to be freshly cooked. The chips were also lacking in flavor. Overall, I am very disappointed and will now have to find a new fish and chips place in Lichfield.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They always serve high-quality dishes in generous portions, making it a great value for the price.
Came to get some chips, kept waiting. They decided to put kebab on skewer then serve me, I asked 3 times, looked at me then said somthing to their colleague in another language. Ive ordered from here many times before but last few weeks slowerly has this gotten worse. Chips weren't cooking food was ready but they dont seem interested in serveing. Ive ordered from here via uber eats as well, hopeing to see a difference but same problem, gone beyond their estimated time, food was going cold, chicken not fully cooked. Paid for priorty delivery, same issue, and their driver actually left my food, right outside the gate. Queens must be under different management then it once was.
