We discovered Koalaty Bakery at Lichfield market. We are not sure if they have stalls in other locations. We purchased a chocolate-filled cookie, a Viennese whirl, and a slice of focaccia. The focaccia, with tomatoes in it, was particularly delicious.

We discovered Koalaty Bakery at the Lichfield Market. While the setup seemed a bit unsafe, we still decided to try out their offerings. We ended up purchasing a chocolate-filled cookie, a white whirl bread, and a piece of focaccia. The focaccia, in particular, was delicious with its flavorful tomato topping.
