Went to celebrate grandson's birthday. Cheesy tots had a slice of cheese cut in half lying on top of the tots, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Bathroom closed to the public, which is difficult for kids who little bladders. And ordered ice cream only to be told after waiting that they're out of ice cream. No, these aren't life-altering issues. But when eating out costs so much, I expect better.
Parking: Good. Lots of room to park. Kid-friendliness: It's not a good place for kids to play. But the kids' meals are good. Wheelchair accessibility: Good.
Every time we get food here at this location something is always wrong. They even asked for the food back when they are not supposed to after COVID happened. This past week I asked for the new chocolate covered strawberry shake and they gave me a plain chocolate shake. Their onion rings are always burnt. I don't understand who is responsible for this location but something needs to happen because it happens every single time we go here. We are tired of our it
Purchased 3 orders with onion rings. Drove home 45 minutes away. Family waiting on dinner and opened 3 orders of burnt rings. Black and dark brown greasy nasty.
