Le Bo-bun - Liege

The best Vietnamese in Liège in my sense. The restaurant is not very large so a reservation is desirable if you want to be sure to have room. Ideal for vegetarians/vegans for whom there is a wide choice of dishes and entrances. My heartburn: the Mi-Can with a hot sauce! Small flat for me can be the lack of space between tables and intimacy therefore and a very limited choice as to drinks in addition to a price unmeasured: 4,50€ 1/2 litre of water.. The glass wine is really not very good, I would only know too much you advise to only eat there accordingly. The map is not very clear (or not always explanatory) so don't hesitate to ask questions to the waitress that we found very kind. A very nice surprise, I highly recommend!

Great restaurant, the dishes were nicely cooked and the menu was really thorough and had a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend it.

In our country there are dozens of Vietnamese restaurants serving the same vaguely Chinese cuisine, with some typical dishes. The Bo-Bun, on the contrary, plays the map of authenticity. You will not find these classics to which you are accustomed, but surprising dishes and good bills. However, we must admit that the decoration, even recently improved, is too modern to my taste. The service is friendly, but sometimes a little rusty.
