Families with children may prefer to sit away from the main dining area to avoid any disturbances. Unfortunately, the service can be inconsistent. Some nights, you may have a fantastic waiter who makes your evening enjoyable, while others may be lacking in enthusiasm. New staff members may not always perform up to standard, and mistakes can occur, especially on busy days. During peak hours, the kitchen and servers may struggle to keep up with the demand, resulting in longer wait times. If the restaurant is crowded and you are asked to wait at the counter, be prepared for a potential delay. Overall, while the service may be a bit shaky at times, if you're lucky, you may still have a pleasant dining experience.
Going to dinner with 9, only choice of max 4 dishes, due to too busy for what you get. Favor fell. [Sighs] [Sighs] Long wait time. Not really child-friendly. against the kids getting their ketchup was empty. Chicken filet was hard and without taste. Salad vegetables from a bag of vinaigrette and two Christmas buddies. No egg, no cucumber, nothing. Videe was half a chicken with white sauce, no balls, no mushrooms. Portions were good.
The party menu on August 27th was excellent, but the billing was not accurate: 10 bottles of 1-liter Chaudfontaine for 90 euros. I was surprised by the explanation from the person in charge, who said there was a mistake in the computer system and the price was supposed to be 7 euros instead of 9 euros per bottle. They offered a refund for the overcharge. For such a significant error, I expected a more generous apology than just a 20 euro refund. I wonder how many other customers were affected by this incorrect pricing.
I have dined here with both family and clients, and everything was pretty average. The food was consistently good and well-prepared, and the service was very friendly. I believe that a little bit of patience and understanding goes a long way when interacting with the staff. I will definitely be returning in the future. I just wish there were more options on the menu.
We don't live far from brasserie koozie, so there's more to the floor. The last visits were less pleasant than they used to be. I wonder if there's any new executives in this case. 'Cause the case has been renovated this year. Since then, there's been a permanent closing day, seven/7d open, the prices have sensitively sensitively up and served and new faces, less friendly than before. The quality of food was very good, but I won't be there as many times as I used to.
