Rex - Lignano Sabbiadoro

Ci piace sempre venire al Rex per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. L'offerta complessiva in termini di servizio, posizione, cibo e camere si adatta molto bene! Infatti, le docce potrebbero essere un po' più grandi. Non so se tutti gli hotel di Lignano debbano necessariamente seguire la nuova tendenza del turismo legata ai cani? Un personale molto cordiale completa i nostri soggiorni. Un Mai Tai al bar della sera è particolarmente consigliato. Ci vediamo la prossima volta! Cibo e bevande: I piatti di pasta italiani tipici sono particolarmente buoni!

Una Stella Troppo: Una Storia di Prezzi Esorbitanti e Decorazione Obsoleta Prenotando una camera in questo hotel, la sua rinomata valutazione di 4 stelle mi aveva portato ad aspettarmi un alto standard di comfort e moderni servizi. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso poiché il prezzo richiesto non corrispondeva al valore offerto. Le strutture dell'hotel sembrano un ritorno a un'epoca passata, necessitando urgentemente di un restyling moderno per giustificare i costi. La decorazione logora e i mobili datati sono stati deludenti, rendendo il soggiorno meno confortevole di quanto avessi previsto. Nonostante venga pubblicizzato come un esercizio a 4 stelle, l'ambiente e l'atmosfera assomigliavano più a una mediocre locanda a 2 stelle. D'altro canto, la maggior parte del personale dell'hotel era cortese e amichevole, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. La loro ospitalità è stata un raggio di sole in un'esperienza altrimenti triste. Tuttavia, lo stesso non si può dire del direttore dell'hotel. Il suo atteggiamento era l'antitesi della calorosa accoglienza ricevuta dal resto del personale. La sua scortesia e mancanza di professionalità erano sconcertanti, rendendo ogni interazione con lei un'esperienza estremamente spiacevole. È scoraggiante vedere una tale discordanza nel servizio clienti in un luogo che vanta un alto rating. In conclusione, il prezzo pagato non è stato giustificato dalle strutture obsolete e dall'interazione sgradevole con il direttore dell'hotel. È imperativo rivedere la valutazione delle stelle e apportare una seria ristrutturazione dei locali per allineare le offerte dell'hotel con i prezzi richiesti e le aspettative generate dalla classificazione.

My family and I spent a week at the Hotel Rex at the beginning of September. Negative: The room furnishings (we had a family room) are very shabby, unmodern and therefore appear rather unkempt in places Some of the service staff make an unmotivated and unfriendly impression The pool area is also getting old and needs to be renovated urgently, and the water smells strongly of chlorination Our conclusion is that the hotel itself is not a four star hotel, but the location offers a lot of potential after appropriate modernization. In comparison, we have already stayed in other hotels in the area that exude significantly more flair and comfort.
