Smoothie King - Lilburn

I always enjoy the delicious smoothies that come along with a friendly smile and great customer service. This is my favorite location.

Waited at the pickup counter for about 10 minutes, not one employee addressed me. seems that the staff cant keep up with the amount of traffic the store gets. i witnessed about 3 people ask for their orders to be remade

This Smoothie King located on hwy. 78 Stone Mtn. Hwy. prepared very poor-quality smoothies tonight, 01/13/2024. I've ordered in the past using uber and the smoothies were made just right, but tonight I ordered a few Power punch plus smoothies by uber eats, and the smoothies tasted like they were pre-made and placed in the freezer, just waiting for someone to order them. Whoever prepared these smoothies tonight did not use the full amount of strawberries either because the color was too pale and the smoothie too icy. I also ordered a banana boat, and it appeared that someone mistakenly added some sort of chocolate powder to the smoothie, as it did not have the nice cream-colored shade like it usually does. The only good part about this order was the fact that the uber driver delivered in a sufficient amount of time.

Paulene was soooo helpful and with a smile the entire time! I had a difficult order because i wanted to try the acia bowl with certain toppings and the person at the window was new you can tell but he was great but Mrs Paulene was a delight!

Extremely rude and untrained employees. Suck at making smoothies too. Don't go here if you have a ounce of self respect.
