U Sottu Mare - L'Île-Rousse

Great view, relaxed atmosphere, very nice owner with insider tips and above all amazing food. A clear 5 star for the Soupe de Poisson, the calamars farcis together with an excellent dry white wine from Calvi.

We tried bistro la Place and Tasqueria but no reservation no table. We went on and forund Sottu Mare. Easy going staff, nice food, ses vore and low prices. The place to go when food is more important then the furnitue.

Very friendly staff to welcome us, delicious cuisine for us shaving, exactly what we needed for our last dinner. fresh products well prepared, a corse memory that makes you want to go back (in Corsica, and the u sottu mare)!
