Horrible service, no water, no coffee, no nothing. In conclusion i feel like they were racist bc i didn’t see that much asians at all in the restaurant. Even Mcdonald’s has better service.
Even when there was a line waiting, they gave us a table for two, that was so good. Once inside the place was packed so we had to wait quite a good time to be attended. The dishes delayed and I received mine first, but after 15 minutes I had to ask the staff about the other plate, it took 5 minutes more to arrive, by that time my food was already cold. The place was noisy and the service was slow. The waitress very kind.
We decided to go for breakfast with my wife and my son and his girlfriend to this location which we’ve been before, but never got this kind of service. Let me explain. We we were seated down by the lady at the door and this is where it all started after that. The waitress her name was “Leny ”came over to our table and asked us if we wanted coffee and we said sure so she came back with the coffee and water ,then she said I’ll be back in two minutes to take your order and 2 minutes ended up being about a little over five minutes but that’s not a big deal. “Leny” our waitress took everyone’s order and she never returned to our table to see if we’re missing anything, and if we were satisfied with our meal. She passed by us a couple of times and never had the audacity to even say if were ok. I have to ask another waiter to bring me some ? maple syrup for my pancakes, which there was none on the table .There was one time that I stopped her to ask if she can bring me some ketchup ?and of course she didn’t come, and i had to get it myself from another table. The second time I had to ask her to refill our coffee. I don’t know how a waitress like this could be working in a restaurant that is known for breakfast. I believe that she is not happy with her job, and it showed in her face that she didn’t wanted be there or maybe she was having a bad day When you’re dealing with customers, you should leave your problems at home and not bring them to work because of course her tip reflected the service that she give us. I could’ve given her no tip but as a gentleman I gave her the minimum which is 15%. She didn’t deserve a penny of that 15% and believe me if I return to this location I will make sure that I won’t have her as a waitress anymore!
Honestly, I had already been to this Allô mon coco before and it was great, but this time the waitress service was horrible. Today, I went to have breakfast with my girlfriend and got pretty slow service early in the morning. We were attended pretty quick for our drinks which was good but we waited over 20min for the waitress to come take our order, and as a matter a fact, I needed to ask the busboy working to call our missing waitress. We got the food and my crepe was so thin it almost resembled burnt paper. Apart from that, we didn’t see our waitress after the food till more than 30min after. We didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything from the waitress, meanwhile we could clearly see her not busy and talking in the back with another employee. Honestly, at least you can give an apology to your customers that wait for you, or just wait until you finish work to talk with your colleagues. The only reason I’m putting 2 stars is because of the nice busboy that was happy to help us. The waitress name was Kimberly I think.
Service terrible , ordered steak wrap , they brought me grill cheese steak wrap , told them I ordered steak wrap , then they brought me back a wrap with the ingredients of the grill cheese wrap with mushroom ext that is not in the steak Wrap . Waitress looked hung over , not even a smile . Order 2 sides for the kids only got one , and got charged two sides . Don’t go to this location , won’t be going back that’s for sure !
