I was disappointed to find that my Chicken Buddy Burger was undercooked in the middle. This experience really upset me, and I don't plan to return to this location.

The restaurant could use a bit of cleaning. The tables were not very tidy, so I decided to wipe down the one I wanted to use. I also found sitting outside to be less enjoyable because of the heavy traffic nearby. On the bright side, the burgers are delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I truly value the service, especially from the Latina staff member who is incredibly kind and welcoming.

I've tried their Beyond Meat veggie burger multiple times a week (without cheese to keep it vegan), and it's a fantastic complement to a vegan or vegetarian diet. It's by far the best burger option available. I highly recommend it!

The waiter at the cash register appeared to be quite unenthusiastic and was quite rude. After I placed my order, my food took an unusually long time to arrive, and my root beer was left outside for 10 minutes. Given the heat, I was really craving a cold drink as promised. When I asked her to replace it, she completely ignored my request, despite your advertisement claiming a guarantee of -15 degrees. I even suggested that if she wasn't happy in her job, she might want to look for a different one. It's not our fault that we chose to eat here.
