Cute place for lunch.Club chicken sandwich was good

Ordered the Hot Chicken sandwhich. Not sure if it was a mistake, but there was nothing hot about it? I don't even mean it wasn't hot enough, it just didn't have any heat.Fries were plain, gravy was plain.Overall, was disappointed.

Staff is extremely friendly, the food is quite enjoyable. The ingredients don't feel frozen and they are extremely fresh.recommend if you like chicken.

For those of you expecting the original Laurier taste you and your wallet will sorely be disappointed. Nothing in our meal tasted like the original Laurier. 90$ down the drain, got us: tasteless coagulated sauce, dry chicken also tasteless, the french fries were generic at best, the coleslaw was passable. The chocolate cake, not anything special, nothing near what the Laurier BBQ restaurant use to serve. This is a Rip Off. A beloved Montreal institution has been reduced to sub-mediocrity. Sad! You can get better roast chicken at the grocery store.
