Message to the New ownerAll Mcdonalds has Christmas Decorations ? lights, Christmas trees etc ....Why doesn't lachine have yet ?Let's lighten up the place ?

Service in the morning is so slow...you're waiting over 10-15 minutes for a coffee!!! The staff seems disorganised!

Worst McDonald's. Horrible service. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. Get home open the box . Only a toy and yogurt. NO FOOD INSIDE! Save yourself the headache don't bother this place is a joke .

Update:I believe that McDonald's forgot to properly train their new employees and teams. On my recent visit, I received a regular black coffee instead of a Mocha coffee. I realized this later, but I didn't feel it was worth going back to change it. McDonald's seems to lack respect for its customers. Respect isn't just about good behavior and a friendly greeting; it's also about delivering a high-quality product, regardless of its price. I know the recipe for a Mocha coffee and what it should taste like. I am truly unsatisfied with McDonald's product quality, pricing, and customer support.The services are awful. They can’t handle all orders. Most of orders are not available in this location. They work very slowly and don’t think about our time. 100% disappointed. It’s better for McDonald’s to close this branch.
