I go to this McDonald's everyday before my night shift for 2 iced coffee thursday i receive my 2 iced coffee without syrop sugar that was disgusting to drink so i didnt drink it. After my night of work i came back to have a trade they didnt give me a receipt so i prove with my mobile app the payment Gabriella the manager was very rude to me and let me feel like i wanna stole them she insist that i should have called even if im at work and if everyone doing like me shes going to bankrupt. Instead of blaming me maybe u should review why ur team didnt make the coffee as it should anyway that was very unproffessional u lost me as customer ill go at tim horton instead they respect their customer.
