After expressing my dissatisfaction and stating that I would not be returning, the lady I spoke to responded in an incredibly rude manner. She not only allowed me to write a review as I wished, but she also kicked me out with a disrespectful goodbye.Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and addressed in a respectful manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case at O'sushi.I believe it is essential for businesses to value their customers' feedback and handle it with the utmost care. No customer should be subjected to rudeness or disrespect, especially when they are expressing their genuine concerns. Such behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and creates a negative impression.I hope that O'sushi takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service. As it stands, I cannot recommend this place based on my recent encounter.
