Pita - L'Ile-Bizard—Sainte-Genevieve

You could mention that you are closed, even just temporarily... It's annoying to walk for a long time in the cold only to realize it once you arrive and have to find a plan B while shivering. Not very respectful! It's not even the right sign in front

We used to order from this restaurant 2 years ago with pleasure. We placed an order last night, very disappointed: portions which have decreased, prices which have increased, the value for money and quantity is no longer there, too expensive for this type of restaurant. The service was good. Ordered the pita pork plate that included rice, salad and fries and a alcoholic beverage . The flavours of the dish as not bad but the rice fries and the pita were all luckwarm as they were just under a hot light. I was there with a group of friends and all our dishes were lukewarm. The calamari was uncooked. Had high hopes for this place but overall disappointed. Food: 2

I ordered three times. The first time my order was 3 pitas Gyros chicken and 1 vegetarian pita, we only received the vegetarian one. The second time I ordered it was fine but the promotion that gives you a chicken pita for free wasn't added to the order. The third time, I ordered 3 plates and 2 pitas and only two pitas were delivered the salad. I tried 3 times to give them their chances, but none of those were great. As a greek I'm very disappointed with the service that is provided and all those missing plates/pitas.. This says a lot on how customer is treated. I highly recommend to not order at this restaurant. The quality of the food is average.
