Pizza Hut

My pizza came shmushed, I called and they replaced it within the hour, no questions asked. Satisfied with the customer service. Especially nowadays, I was impressed : Keep it up! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5

I ordered 5 pizzas and all of them were severely undercooked. They tasted like raw dough and we had to put them in the oven to further cook them. After calling the store and informing them, they blamed us for not knowing how pizza is cooked, and that all pizza is made this way. They were quite rude on the phone. We reported this incident to Pizza Hut however nothing was ever done about it. This is a shame as I used to regularly order from this location, however that will not be happening anymore. I have included pictures of the pizza which show how under cooked the pizza was in the centre and how it did not hold its shape when picked up. The bottom of the pizza also shows how undercooked it was.

Great family run business at the Pizza Hut on Côte Saint Luc road. Super pizza and service! Highly recommend it. Parking: Free parking lot on the side of the restaurant. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

My family and I went to pizza hut Cote saint Luc,tables dirty,no bathroom, The owner of the restaurant, who was very angry with the continuous calls of a customer, responded to my son’s request for more ketchup with a very harsh and rude tone’I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MORE KETCHUP,THERE’S NO MORE So very bad experience,I will never go there again and I don’t RECOMMEND that brutal environment to anyone Service: Dine in

They delivered RAW chicken and argued with me. I had to drive there to show them and they still denied it. Terrible service and major health hazard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
