Coffee is fine although the milk for lattes is sometimes burn, resulting in a bad taste for my drink.And there's never any sparkly drinks like the lemonade or italian sodas despite still being visible on the menu. I never get an explanation beyond they're not available.At least adjust the menu for people's expectations.

The open hours WRITTEN ON THE COUNTER do not reflect when they're open. I've come at 6:00pm on days they're advertised as open until 8:00pm five times in the last four weeks and they haven't been open ONCE.

Pretty terrible smoothie, way too sweet. Coffee tasted like sand. Do not recommend to anyone.

Stopped in with Family of 5 just for a snack, walking distance from Concordia. Everyone was friendly, lots of options..even frozen yogurt available for my Son whom greatly appreciated it. Sat in window bar, lots of activity outside to keep your attention.

I love Second Cup! Their coffee is the best and they are Canadian. We need more coffee places around Montreal. The staff at this one suggested a mango or strawberry smoothie for my kids. They loved it!
