Thai Express Montréal

I requested spicy soup twice when I placed my order, and while it was being prepared, I emphasized a third time that I wanted it spicy. However, there wasn't a single hint of spice in my soup!

I tried the General Thai today, which is usually my favorite dish. The sauce was delicious, but unfortunately, the chicken was mostly breading and fell apart before I could even take a bite. To make matters worse, there was literally just one piece of pineapple in the dish. If I had paid $6 for it, I might have overlooked these issues, but at $16, it feels unjustified. This is nearly the same price as a meal at a quality Asian restaurant where you can easily feed two people. I left feeling quite disappointed. On a positive note, the place was very clean and well-maintained.

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant! The cashier was extremely rude and interrupted me while I was inquiring about other menu options, shouting over me instead of letting me finish. Additionally, my food has consistently been disappointing compared to other locations. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a cashier, and I won't be returning!

Absolutely the worst food delivery I've ever experienced. It took over an hour to arrive, and the dishes were dry and unlike any other Thai food I've had. There were no peanuts, no sauce, and no lettuce as advertised. I will never order from here again and do not recommend it.
