Order passed at 21:02 received at 22:22 (6min distance) with two products in less I call to claim these products I am told that it happens and that I will have a drink in compensation 10min later the rest of my order arrives with the half missing! The sushi came hot and are the worst I could eat of my whole life. The skewers were dry and very bad I gave them to the cat. Very affordable prices but given all these inconveniences pass your way and favor safer chains such as sushishop! 52€15 lost.

It's looonnng! 1h10 late for an order in week at 7:15. They are called to check that the internet order is well taken into account and there we are told that it's gone in delivery, no excuses, no commercial gesture... Except that the courier informs us that whatever time is chosen for delivery anyway they make a cumulative order... Fortunately the last customer did not wish to be delivered at 10 o'clock ... Lunch in this small Japanese kitchen facility. Let's have a lunch with a drink and a soup. Excellent. Also sushi in entry but the dish arrived just after. Not dramatic in itself. Too hard, we decided to take them away.

Unfortunately I am obliged to put at least one star on Google but trust me that they do not deserve one good point. Responsible (or manager? insulting to his clients, it took 2 hours a week to deliver 2 trays of Sushis while we live 10 minutes. Two! For a cold dish! The manager promises a delivery in the half hour that is not respected and when we call to ask for explanations he does not apologize and hangs us in the nose! In addition, after an hour and a half we told the manager to remind his deliveryman because we were no longer hungry. The gentleman is so professional and responsible that he did not warn his employee who came to deliver us 2 hours after placing an order. It's so shameful that it's laughable. And it dares to complain about services such as Foodora or Deliveroo, but through these platforms the pounders (who are bikes in addition and not scooter as at AMoiSushis arrive at time and with a smile. In short, order at Planet Sushis they are cheaper and when the deliveryman is late, the manager takes responsibility and apologizes!
