Au Palais des Beaux Arts - Lille

J'étais à Lille pour travailler pendant 8 jours. Le resto de Jean-Claude était à 200 cent mètres de mon lieu de travail. J'ai très bien déjeuné là tous les jour de mon séjour à Lille. Du bon manger et un ambiance très agréable.

Soirée tranquille au palais des beaux arts LILLE. Jean Claude nous prépare des tapas et une sangria terrible ! !! J'adore cet endroit. Kevin

This year we have generally found the French restaurants expensive for what is very ordinary food. It was nice therefore to find a Bar-Brasserie which serves good food at very good prices.The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, so much so that we returned for dinner the same day after having Lunch

Lunch here several weeks ago was an enjoyable one. It's close to the Beaux Arts Museum and the large park just down the street. The restaurant itself is fairly small, but if the weather is decent, I recommend sitting outside on the sidewalk. The side street is a smaller residential one, so it's not a congested area with tons of traffic and noise. Food here was good and much more French in nature than other sidewalk cafés we have found. The service was friendly, but a bit slow, which is just a cultural norm. The French take time to enjoy every drink, café, or meal. They are not to be rushed through, so if you're looking for something quick, look for a take-away restaurant, fast food, or local kabob joint!
