Contribuisci feedbackFor a casual dinner with friends I have found the Peking duck with ramen soup excellent. Moreover the meal was generous and rather cheap.Of course do not care about the room which is like many chinese restaurants not what you are here for.Nevertheless I will put a damper on the service which was a bit lazy and longish.
After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we tried this restaurant. We were immediately struck by the beautiful decor. Luckily for us, Pauline, the owners' daughter spoke fluent English and attentively served us. The chop suey with beef was savory as was the chicken with cashews. Our meal was topped off with a delicous fried ice cream benet. The entire meal was moderately priced for the quality food.
This restaurant is clean and the decoration is elegant.I love chinese food and in this restaurant I didn't be disappointed. the service is nice, smiles and polite. The dishes are delicious, fresh and we can imagine that the chef cooked with passion. The peking duck and the Peking soup were my favorite meals.I will go back there if i pass by Lille again.
Almost opposite the Ibis Styles in Lille is this unpretentious Chinese restaurant. We enjoyed a pleasant if not outstanding meal, I suspect much of the cuisine such as steamed dumplings and sauces were bought in commercial products judging by the taste.Fans of authentically spicy Chinese dishes would probably find it a bit bland. Service was prompt and polite, on the Saturday evening we visited there was a party of locals there for a celebration. So not to be dismissed, but nor would I recommend going out of your way to visit.
We walked by this restaurant and the interior looked nice and clean so we decided to try this place. The food was nothing like we expected. The beef was like dog food, the rice was hard, too much salt or artificial taste. The Peking soup was the only thing good. The dumpling were not fresh and the service was cold. Its rare to eat bad Chinese food but this restaurant is. I don't know how they got the gold shop stick award that is on the wall. They probably bought it or the chef is no longer there...
